Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do unused AI generations roll over?
On the Starter plan, no — quota resets the first of each calendar month. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited, so this never comes up.
What's your refund policy?
If something isn't working out, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. No hoops.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your workspace is completely isolated — no other user or team can see your test cases, crawl results, or inputs. 13698491 Canada Inc (operating as GoQA) processes your data as a Canadian company subject to PIPEDA privacy obligations.
Is my requirements data used to train models?
Never. Your inputs are encrypted at rest, scoped per workspace, and excluded from any model fine-tuning by contract. Your data exists only to power your own results.
